" We used Natalie Gregory - she sells most of the high-end homes in Decatur. She had our house under contract in about 95 days, which was amazing in this economy, especially for our price point. Not only did she help us stage the house so that it looked great; but she advertised the house sending postcards, placing an ad in Decatur Living Magazine, and she held an open house every 3 weeks or so until it was under contract.
